Meet Kelly
I am the Founder and Director of Lumenate Integrative Therapy and bring 25 years of experience supporting individuals, couples, and families through life’s challenges, transitions, and opportunities for growth. At the heart of my work as a therapist is a deep belief in each person’s capacity for healing and meaningful change. I strive to create a warm, affirming, and collaborative space where you feel genuinely seen, supported, and understood.

My approach is compassionate, relational, trauma-informed, and thoughtfully tailored to your unique needs and goals. I believe healing happens within the safety of a trusting therapeutic relationship and am passionate about helping clients deepen self-understanding, strengthen resilience, and create more fulfilling relationships with themselves and others. My work is especially informed by an understanding of attachment, relational patterns, and the impact of life experiences and trauma. I have a deep appreciation for supporting individuals and couples navigating relationship challenges, healing emotional wounds, and fostering deeper connection.

Lumenate was created from my vision of offering compassionate, high-quality care that honors the uniqueness of each person’s healing journey. After many years in community mental health and clinical leadership, I felt inspired to create a practice rooted in authenticity, inclusivity, and thoughtful, individualized care—one that supports both meaningful healing for clients and a nurturing environment for clinicians. My hope is that Lumenate feels like a place where people can show up fully as themselves and feel supported in creating lasting change.
