Meet Nora
Nora (she, her) is an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist who works with teens, adults, couples, and families who are navigating life transitions, relationship and family issues, grief, anxiety, and depression. Nora believes that everyone has the capacity for growth and change with caring and non-judgmental support.

Nora graduated from the California Institute of Integral Studies with a Master's in Counseling Psychology. Nora's practice is rooted in self-compassion, awareness and acceptance. She is trained in Emotionally-Focused Therapy (EFT), trauma-informed care, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). However, Nora believes it is the relationship between the therapist and client that matters most - regardless of approach.

Therapy can be awkward and uncomfortable for many people. Nora's down-to-earth approach will help you establish a safe and caring foundation as a starting place for your work. Nora is Korean-American and has two grown sons, two dogs, two cats, and can often be found in her garden in the Santa Cruz Mountains.
